We take the issue of online privacy very seriously. We do not sell, trade or rent your email address to outside companies except as stated herein. Our role as your supplier requires us to protect your privacy and to keep you in control of who is allowed to make contact with you. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.

We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with our affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties. We (and our service providers) use your personal information to operate our sites and deliver services to you. We must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products purchased on this site; and we need to release your address information to the delivery service to deliver products you purchase from us.

We may periodically send you email regarding our products and services. You will always have the choice of unsubscribing from any emails we may send to you. In addition, we may (or agents working on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements) mail you select promotional offers from our advertising partners. We will not disclose your mailing address or other personal information directly to our advertising partners. Such third party promotional offers will never be emailed to you.

Occasionally, we may be required by law to provide personal information the appropriate governmental authorities. We will disclose such personal information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we believe to be unlawful.

In the event we decide to expand our business, we may sell or buy e-commerce websites, retail stores, subsidiaries, or other business entities. In such transactions, usually customer information is one of the transferred business assets. We also have a special arrangement with one of our internet management partners who will also have access to customer information. Customer information that is sold, transferred, or shared under these circumstances will remain subject to the terms of the then-existing privacy policy. Also, if a third party acquires most or all of our assets, customer information will be one of the acquired assets.
