REFUNDS

We offer a 90-day return policy on all orders. This means you have a full three months to thoroughly use your product after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at customerservice@sisquochealthcare.com. The return process is not complex and a representative will provide you with the very basic instructions once you have communicated with us.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged. Periodically, orders can get damaged during the shipping process. 
Incorrect Items 
If you receive the wrong product in your order, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and fix our error. 

We take the issue of online privacy very seriously. We do not sell or share any of your information with outside companies. Our role as your supplier requires us to protect your privacy and to keep you in control of who is allowed to make contact with you. 
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and action tags is completely anonymous.
We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with our affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties. We (and our service providers) use your personal information to operate our sites and deliver services to you. We must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products purchased on this site; and we need to release your address information to the delivery service to deliver products you purchase from us.
