Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Sisquoc Healthcare is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned to us due to address issues may be subject to reshipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at:

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Shipping
